Mr. Molina possesses more than 20 years of experience with software, hardware, and technology services companies. Mr. Molina has a track record of successful leadership at large corporations, including NYNEX Corporation, Entex Information Services, and Kana Software. He is involved in overseeing Alexan’s operating divisions, and key aspects of business and sales operations and customer development within Alexan. He has successfully managed more than $250 million of technology business contracts during the course of his career to date. He has also served on the advisory board for the CSU- Sacramento School of Computer Science and Engineering, Partnership for Prosperity, US-NAFTA Education Task Force, and as a Commissioner of the California’s.

Jeff Pell
Senior Advisor

Mr. Pell is an executive with over 35 years of experience in government and technology. Mr. Pell now provides strategic planning and corporate direction to the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Alexan International Inc., Mr. Pell served as an executive with Emerald Systems Inc., specializing in providing solutions to the public sector. Mr. Pell also served as Chief Deputy of the Department of Information technology where he also served as the Director for the State of California Y2k compliance program with management oversight responsibility for the PMO, Business Continuity Planning, and coordination of the 58 county interfaces with the State. He also held the position of Chief Information Officer for the California Department of Finance and served as Information Technology Manager for the Department of Insurance.

Ahmed Salem, Phd.
Director of Software Services & IV&V

Dr. Salem is a recognized expert in the field of software development and IV&V. With over 15 years of application development & IV&V experience, he brings thought leadership to the field of software engineering and IV&V. Dr. Salem teaches the Masters in Computer Science coursework at CSU Sacramento and is known for his ability to blend theoretical practices into functional practical solutions. He has led IV&V teams at clients such as Texas Instruments, and the CA Department of Transportation. Dr. Salem also serves on the following International Program Committees:

Carlos Armenta

Director of Technology Services

Mr. Armenta has 10 years experience in IT project management, strategy development and implementation, application development, technical oversight, risk evaluation, and technical assurance. His oversight experience includes 2 years providing technical oversight solutions for the Child Support State Disbursement Unit project, a mission critical high criticality system. He also has practical and extensive expertise in the use of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management best practices. He oversaw risk mitigation programs for a variety of technical solutions. He is also a professional actuary.
